Are you dissatisfied with a product, or just fancy something else? We help you with returns and complaints.

Has an item broken, or it looks like the item has been damaged during transport. We will try to solve the problem in a simple and efficient way by exchanging or repairing the item, possibly crediting the purchase if the item cannot be repaired or exchanged. In case of credit, you will get the money back within 14 days from the day we receive your return. If your item is faulty, we cover the return costs. Always remember to agree returns before you send them to us by post.

You have the right to complain about all goods bought from us in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Guarantees offered beyond the claim period are stated in the product's advertisement.
