Conditions for guided tours
1. Registration and payment of the participation fee
For the event and course participant, the registration is binding and the conditions accepted, once the participation fee has been paid. The participation fee is charged when the booking in the online shop has been completed. The service is therefore considered to have been delivered at the same time. All our products and events are paid for directly on our website, via our partners PAYPAL, VIPPS and KLARNA. Follow the instructions for payment in the "checkout". Enter your full name, address, e-mail and telephone number when registering.
2. Participant's responsibility
Participants undertake to comply with the instructor's instructions when completing the event and course.
3. Cancellation of event, right of withdrawal
There is basically no right of cancellation when purchasing an event online. We are still helpful with cancellation or rebooking. If the reserved space is not to be used, and the amount paid is to be refunded, SeaBreeze must be notified no later than 48 hours before the announced start time of the event. Cancellation or rebooking must be sent to us by email ( info@sea-breeze.no ) or SMS to tel: +47 476 82 326 no later than 48 hours before the announced start time. In the event of non-attendance, the amount paid will not be refunded.
4. Insurances
SeaBreeze would like to stress that participation in our events is at the participants' own risk. The organizer does not assume responsibility for the financial consequences of possible accidents/damages that may occur during the completion of the events/courses/trips. Members of the Norwegian Folketrygd with a residential address in Norway should have combined travel/accident insurance. Other participants are recommended to take out equivalent insurance at their place of residence. Most all-year travel insurance also includes cancellation insurance.
5. Interruption
If a participant has to cancel the event, SeaBreeze is not responsible for additional costs as a result of the interruption. In such cases, reference is made to the participant's private travel insurance. Participants are also not entitled to a refund of all or part of the course.
6. Cancellation of event
SeaBreeze can cancel an event due to force majeure, difficult weather conditions, too few participants, lack of course leader or the like. In case of cancellation, SeaBreeze is obliged to inform registered participants as soon as possible. If an event is canceled due to the aforementioned reasons, any amount paid will be refunded. Beyond this, the participants are not entitled to compensation.
7. Changes to the event
SeaBreeze shall, if possible, carry out the event in accordance with the programme. It is reserved that the program may have to be changed due to special circumstances that make it difficult to complete the course as planned. If possible, SeaBreeze must notify any significant changes before departure. Such changes give the participant the right to withdraw from the event. Any amount paid will then be refunded. In the event that changes need to be made during the event, the course leader must notify the participants as soon as possible.
8. Complaints, lack of goods
The course leader must be notified immediately of any complaints along the way. A written explanation and any claims for a price reduction must be sent to SeaBreeze as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the event has ended. Use the e-mail address: info@sea-breeze.no
9. Photography
As a participant in an event organized by SeaBreeze, you can be photographed by the course leader or other participants. These images can be used for SeaBreeze's information materials, websites and social media. If you want to reserve yourself to be photographed, you must inform the course leader about this before the trip starts.
10. Sharing of email to participants
At certain events where it is beneficial for the participants to drive together to the meeting place, we may share the e-mail addresses of the participants. This is to make the best possible arrangements for the participants to get to and from the starting point of the tour in the easiest and cheapest way.
